All IT Networks provides IT support, network setup, and related technology services, and also represents third-party internet service providers, including Sonic, through Embarc Solutions, in connection with door-to-door and online sales of internet service. When we assist you with signing up for a third-party provider's service, that provider (not All IT Networks) is responsible for the internet service itself, its pricing, installation, and its own terms of service. All IT Networks acts as an independent sales representative in that process, not as an employee or agent of the third-party provider for all purposes.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to us or one of our representatives, verbally or through a web form, and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from All IT Networks related to service inquiries, availability, installation scheduling, and customer service.

This SMS program is separate from any text messaging program operated directly by a third-party provider (such as Sonic) that you may separately opt into as part of signing up for that provider's service.
